This is my 2nd opal, 1st one I lost (not sure how it was with the threadless labret as well). Had to bend it back into shape before I could use it. Both WEM & Southgate didn't have it in stores. WEM employees were too busy gossiping & not answering their phone. Southgate employee was nice and helped me out the most. No point in returning it as not in stock in stores. Really nice note attached to the online order. Would give higher review if product wasn't like this on delivery

To anyone reading this review, please note that threadless tops can come slightly bent and that is intentional. Once the top is inserted to the base, the angle of the bend helps apply tension which keeps it secure. To remove, simply secure the base and gently wiggle the pin back and forth to straighten it a bit. If your top does come straight, you can add a slight bend to the pin by inserting the pin halfway and gently pushing the top to one side before pushing it the rest of the way in.
