Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all body jewellery sales are final - no refunds or exchanges. We do have a lifetime warranty on all manufacturer defects, so in the unlikely event that your item(s) are defective, bring it back with your receipt to any of our locations for an exchange.

Accessories and clothing can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving the order. Items can be exchanged at any of our locations or e-mail us to arrange an exchange.
