Green Envy Is A Deep Emerald Hair Dye With A Very Slight Blue Tint. One Of Our Most Vshades Of Green, This Dye Can Add Verdant Highlights To Virgin, Unbleached Hair, But We Recommend Using This Shade Over Hair That's Been Lightened To A Light Level 8 Blonde Or Lighter.
